The technician did a good job. His first name or middle name is "Dodger" and we're Dodger fans, so we had to give him a tip. :)
He was a little shy to start, but warmed up by the end of the service. I would encourage him to be a little more friendly (animated) from the start. It will make your customers (like me) feel more comfortable.
Your technician was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. While facing difficult with his equipment her showed great patience and ability to resolve the issue without raising alarm in me! That in itself is very applauding! But he also did a very great job at cleaning my carpets! His trustworthiness set me at ease to the point that, since we were running behind schedule, I felt very comfortable letting him just finish and let himself out!! Thank you Sir!!
