Dodger gave me the best customer service and did a complete, outstanding, phenomenal job. We talked through some of the time he was here and felt like I we weren’t just talking business but as if we were talking as good friends. The previous company that I used didn’t get any stains out. Not only did Dodger get all stains out but he also got all the heavy traffic marks out as well!! I’ll definitely stick with this company for the long run!

How clean the carpets are and how fresh they smell
Carpets are clean and dry fast! Our Technician was professional, and thorough. Prices were fair and affordable.

The tech, Roy, was outstanding. We hired ZeroRex after Chemdry failed to fully clean our carpet and although they offered to return they informed me that they would not provide service to us in the future because our carpet was old and our expectations were unrealistic.
Well, Zerorex met and exceeded our expectations. The traffic areas that Chemdry said were not cleanable were indeed cleanable and look very good after treatment by Zerorex.
We could see the difference immediately as the cleaning process began. Hot water from the truck mounted unit cleaned and extracted the moisture. Our carpets were very dry within a couple hours. We wore the shoe covers provided by the tech for about 5-6 hours until we felt they were dry.
I have before and after photos if anyone would like to see the difference.
Highly recommend Zerorex for a great cleaning job on our Berber style carpet. No recommendation but a warning that what the Chemdry co-owner said about our carpet not being cleanable, after he supposedly cleaned the traffic areas, was completely unfounded because Zerorex cleaned it perfectly.
