we contacted zero rez company after reviewing their services offered, the lady I spoke ,with was very knowledgeable and explained how the cleaning process would be performed. Cost of basic services and options of services if needed . She quoted me a price on the info I gave her and told her if more was needed I was ok to pay extra . They came on time and did an excellent job the carpet was clean and as bright in color as it was when new. the price quoted was the price billed, I will use their services again . Very friendly and professional people .
