Anthony was an amazing carpet artist! The place cleaned was a rental with really old carpet that now looks better than when we moved in. His attention to detail, thorough assessment, speed to complete the job, timely arrival... so many good things to say. But I guess the finest testimonial I can give is to say that this experience has made me a loyal customer for life.

I really like that the cleaning process only uses water. I prefer not to introduce chemicals into my home whenever possible. And it works! When the tech showed me my partially cleaned area rug the difference was amazing. It was far dirtier than I realized. The tech was friendly, professional and easy to work with.

The service technicians have always been very professional, friendly and efficient. They take their time and often stop to explain/show how an area is being cleaned. I've never felt pressured into additional service or treatment options while they are on the job but I'm interested in their suggestions on how to maintain our furniture and carpet to help with future cleaning needs. I've always been satisfied with the level of clean they are able to achieve!
