Very friendly, fast and efficient process

I had my tile and grout cleaned in many rooms of my house. The two workers did a great job and explained what they were going to do and answered all our questions. The floor tile looked great. Most of the grout looked cleaner but some of the grout was still dark . The workers explained why that might happen. I also had the grout sealed. They made sure we weren’t inconvenienced and worked quickly so we could get back in our home. They do not move furniture so we did have to move our furniture before they arrived. They worked around the furniture we couldn’t move.

I like the company does not use harsh chemicals. My kids lay on the floor and play. Also when I called the people on the phone have always been very polite and respectful.

The technician did a good job. His first name or middle name is "Dodger" and we're Dodger fans, so we had to give him a tip. :)

He was a little shy to start, but warmed up by the end of the service. I would encourage him to be a little more friendly (animated) from the start. It will make your customers (like me) feel more comfortable.

Your technician was very nice, trustworthy and knowledgeable. While facing difficult with his equipment her showed great patience and ability to resolve the issue without raising alarm in me! That in itself is very applauding! But he also did a very great job at cleaning my carpets! His trustworthiness set me at ease to the point that, since we were running behind schedule, I felt very comfortable letting him just finish and let himself out!! Thank you Sir!! (Sorry can’t remember names well) but your service was very memorable!
