The whole process, from scheduling to service to payment, is painless and efficient. I love that there are no chemicals or residue left behind, no obnoxious fumes, nothing but nice, clean carpet. Slim arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, took his time to do the job right, and explained every step of the process. He clearly takes pride in his work. I've used Zerorez twice now and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone. (No, I'm not being paid for this review, I'm just incredibly picky about my carpet cleaning and am genuinely thrilled with the service this company provides.)
The cleaning job is done well and quickly. Serviceman was pleasant and efficient.
Technician looked the rooms over before starting and asked questions if there was any specific spots that needed extra attention. Was able to add on a couple of chair head rests to be cleaned without any problem. Was asked to inspect the rooms as he went from room to room. Was very efficient and the job was completed in no time a all. I'm very pleased on how all the rooms turned out. I would highly recommend.

Jeff was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the product. The high-traffic areas have never looked better. When I explained the deadline I was up against, the team worked magic with their schedule to accommodate my needs.
The technician was wonderful. The communication between the technician and myself was great. My only complaint was how the pay works. I was at work getting very little Wi-Fi service and could not get a payment to go through. It took several calls and about 20 minutes to be able to get someone to take my information over a phone call, being at work that made it a bit challenging. The work and that technician were lovely.
Kevin (our cleaner) was very easy to work with. He explained everything he was doing and made sure we were happy with his work. So far our stains have not come back!
