I found out from Chatgpg that Zerorez was the best in AVL. for my needs. My issue was a heavy oil residue from Glade Plugins as well as LOTS of pet urine throughout the house..
I was very happy with Steven and his partner. They did the whole house in 2 hours and it was a 3 story house. I told him I was sensitive to perfumes so he let me smell the Honeysuckle urine remover before I opted for this. It was not heavy when he was done.
I was so thrilled with this company. !

Punctual and professional. Took great care protecting floors,furniture and corners from damage with hoses. These guys went to work and stayed steady on the job until finished. These guys went results were outstanding.

The service gentleman took his time to explain the process and thoroughly cleaned our carpets. No company has ever cleaned it so efficiently.

The carpet is much fluffier and doesn't feel stiff. It also got out some tough oil and food stains.

Tom made the dreaded tile-and-carpet cleaning experience pleasant. He was very helpful, explained the process and what to expect, and offered suggestions. He wasn't pushy or high-pressure, just very professional. He actually moved a couple of pieces of furniture that we said we would be more than happy to move. But when we asked if he was ready, he said it was done. My wife and I are in our 70s and appreciated him doing that.
