Carpets always so clean! Customer service is great, calling to let me know if they will be a little late. Have been very honest about “ pet stains” letting me know that orders and old stains make that not come out.

I like that Zerorez leaves no residue. My only regret is I didn’t get my carpets cleaned sooner. They look amazing.
If I could offer any advice, it would be for the technician to wear something over his shoes as he’s walking through my house and for the hoses to be clean. They brought in quite a bit of dirt on my floors that I had to clean up afterwards, but besides that everything went great, and the technician was very professional and kind.

The technician Kellen was prompt to the time that was scheduled. He made sure our dryer hose was free of lint, and also gave us a recommendation on the vent. My dryer has not given an error code since then, and it is functioning very well. Thank you for your great work!

Owen our technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I appreciated that someone called to confirm the appointment and they let me know who was coming to my house, it was very reassuring.

We asked Owen to do an extra room for added cost and that was not a problem for him. He got all 3 rooms done and protected quicker than expected. And even our worst oldest carpet was much improved!

Our service included the cleaning of a sofa, love seat and area rug. Jason observed our 2 dining chairs could not be cleaned because of the fabric, but he recommended a dry cleaning process we could do at home. Jason also took our 9 x 12 area rug for cleaning and said it would be delivered as well. He applied fabric protector to our furniture and recommended it for our area rug as well. Jason was prompt, efficient, friendly and very knowledgeable, and was respectful of our home. Tomorrow we will use our furniture and look forward to our rug being delivered soon.

Your representative showed up on time; was very polite and knowledgeable regarding the service. Did his work in a timely manner and cleaned up any debris that fell on the floor.

Service person spent a lot of time explaining the different types of treatment to get rid of dog urine stains. In the end, just a steam cleaning was sufficient. He was courteous and patient--and did a good job on our carpets!
