I love the process of utilizing water without the addition of detergent or soaps. I feel like my carpets are much cleaner and have no residue. The service technician, Marchantz, was great. He was not trying to constantly upsell me and kept me educated about everything he was doing. He was very respectful of my property and had superb customer service. I hope I get him the next time I have Zerorez out.

Excellent service, from the technicians. They are always very cordial, polite, and pay extra attention to details. The last technician (Dallas) that came out to our home was my favorite tech so far. Hang on to this employee he is very good.
