I like that you only use water to clean. The Zerorez technique has kept our 25 year old carpets in tip top shape. People are shocked when I tell them our carpet is 25 years old because it looks so good! And I tell them it’s because we bought high quality carpet and we’ve only used Zerorez to clean our carpets.

This time there is a slight residue in some areas though. I hope it doesn’t attract and trap dirt. Would love to talk to someone about it.

Very professional technician. Watch out however for switch and bait didn’t honor the price quoted for 3 rooms $119. Had to call and get it fixed after some debate they did the right thing.
