Your service provider showed up on time, was prepared, was so polite and conscientious as he entered our home. I own a Rug Doctor machine, but every time I use it, the shampoo I use makes my carpet sticky and attracts more dirt. So my carpet never looks clean. When I use Zerorez, they just use steam from water......no chemicals or residue are left on my carpet. I feel like my carpet is thoroughly clean after Zerorez cleans it. My carpet looks so much cleaner (like new) after it has been cleaned by Zerorez. Love it!
