They were very punctual and called me when they were on the way to my home. The technician was very courteous and helpful

Your carpet cleaning service is very good, and we have used your service multiple times in the past, but your payment process isn’t clear. I received a call the night before the cleaning appointment asking for my credit card number to pre-pay for services. I assumed it was legitimate because caller ID showed it was from Zerorez. The next day the man that cleaned our carpet also asked for payment. When I explained that I got a call the night before and paid the same amount he was asking for, he got very angry and didn’t offer to investigate the matter before I made another payment. I will continue to use your service, but I will request that this man isn’t sent to do it. In future I will always inquire about your payment process, and I will refuse to pay for services not yet rendered. I also will not give my credit cat information before service is rendered. Robert was very knowledgeable on cleaning and caring for multiple types of stains on carpets and even gave me some care tips for future spills. I love that what was used for cleaning is safe for my family and pets. I also have very light carpet and have really enjoyed how much brighter it's been afterwards. He took great care of my home, was knowledgeable, and it looks great. I would recommend and return to Zerorez.

When I called to request a plumber, the person that I talked to was knowledgeable and thorough assessing my needs and scheduling a service person.When the tech was on his way to my house, he called with a eta. Upon arrival he introduced himself and started assessing our issue and what was needed to correct the issue. In addition he checked the status of other items, (i.e.sump pump, water softener, etc.) he then summarized his findings with current condition and recommendations as needed. Much to my surprise, he also acknowledged the items that were in good working condition and that didn't need attention. All in all it was a great experience. We now know what is needing attention and doesn't need attention.
