Our technician Jamal do a. thorough job at identifying spot that made need extra attention. He tried to upsell on services that we could use, but it was not a hard sell. He did a great job on our carpets.

He was very professional & personable. He answered any questions I had & made sure to do the best job, which he did! He did 2 rooms, a small hallway, stairs & a small area rug in a very timely manner. He brought my carpets back to life! Especially my area rug, it was so dirty. Joseph took the time to do the furniture and rug thoroughly and made it all look brand new. he also made sure it was dry by using his fan. Zero red is unmatched in our area.
