When I called to request a plumber, the person that I talked to was knowledgeable and thorough assessing my needs and scheduling a service person.When the tech was on his way to my house, he called with a eta. Upon arrival he introduced himself and started assessing our issue and what was needed to correct the issue. In addition he checked the status of other items, (i.e.sump pump, water softener, etc.) he then summarized his findings with current condition and recommendations as needed. Much to my surprise, he also acknowledged the items that were in good working condition and that didn't need attention. All in all it was a great experience. We now know what is needing attention and doesn't need attention.

The men who showed up to do the work were very professional and efficient, and very sensitive to being in an office where people were still trying to work. They treated areas that required it and pointed out places where they were unable to get permanent stains out. They finished in less than the estimated time and we are very happy with the results.
