This is the best carpet cleaning service that I have ever encountered. I became dissatisfied with Stanley Steemer when they couldn’t even get out an old coffee stain. I’ve also tried two other companies and was very dissatisfied. The courtesy and respect for my belongings was foremost, The representative also made sure that I understood what I would be getting for 129.99. The carpet is 13 years old and now it looks as good as new. Truly, they have exceeded my expectations.

The gentleman who came out to the house was timely, communicative, and friendly! He explained the process well and was very receptive to my questions. Our carpet looks and smells so much better!

I liked Eduardo's service. He was professional, always on time, and very good at cleaning my rugs. Rudy, I had once and was good.
Jeff came yesterday, and I was not as satisfied with his work. He did not let me know about a spot in the bedroom. I pointed it out to him, but he did not let me know he didn't get the spot out.
He did a good job, not a great job, as Eduardo has done in the past.
