The air vent service is a little pricey, and I'm not sure everyone is able to afford that service. Jose cleaned my carpets, and he did an outstanding job getting the deep dust buildup cleaned out. I’ve only used Zerorez for the last two years, and I’m very happy with the service. Kenneth was professional, polite, did a great job at cleaning my carpet and upholstery, and he didn’t try to upsell me on services, which was the reason I left my last cleaner who I had used for many years.
I. like the Allergen free chemical solution used to clean my carpet. I also, like that excess water is not left in the carpet, which allows it to dry faster. Your staff members are always respectful and friendly.

Our carpets look great after your service. The two technicians were a great team. It was obvious that Jacob was training Nate. Jacob was very patient, let Nate do some critical thinking on his own, and then shared his own thoughts. It was refreshing to watch him be such an effective teacher. They worked well together to get the job done. We were very impressed and will definitely be using your services again.
Excellent customer service. Erin did his best to bring some life back to our old carpets it was amazing how well he did. He was very courteous and helpful explaining the carpets condition and how he was treating them for maximum clean and appearance.
