Our representative was very friendly and professional. He explained the procedure and was prepared for our carpets. Our carpets look gorgeous in spite of being about 15-20 year old. He was finished in a timely manner and then on his way. He was very professional, dressed very clean and nicely and we were proud to have him in our home. Juwan was very nice. I didn't receive a text before hand. When he arrived I was in the shower. He waited patiently for 5-10 minutes do I could open the door. He wasn't irritated. Explained everything about the process thoroughly. Was very quick. Did a good job.

The light citrus smell of the cleaner was so nice, and evaporated as the carpet dried. Seemed very gentle but worked extremely well! Our carpets look so much better!

The estimating process was smooth and accurate; the tech who came to our place to do the carpet shampoo was excellent. He did a perfect job - our wall-to-wall carpets look close to new than they have ever been. I would not hesitate to call them again, and (in fact) WILL call them again for this property, and any other properties I am responsible for.
I like your technician he was very good at explaining things that he was going to do. Answered all of my questions and did a very outstanding job. We have used Zerorez a few times for our cleaning needs! Pete was the BEST!! I will always request this young man to do my cleaning!!
