He was on time, polite and efficient
The stain came out and the odor gone! Jesse, the technician was absolutely fantastic. He was so knowledgeable and very professional. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I 10/10 recommend Jesse and will be requesting him when I book again in the near future. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my friends and family. They do definitely know what they are doing when it comes to getting those tough stains and odors out!! Thanks Zerorez!
Product used is not full of chemicals. Cleaned my microfiber couch and 1 room of carpet perfectly.

I love the clean true clean of steam without all the chemicals! The technicians are ALWAYS so friendly, caring and do an excellent job! I’ve been a very loyal customer for years! They have done excellent work for me on my carpets, tile, wood floors and rugs! I know they do upholstery and duct cleaning but just haven’t tried that yet. Great service!
