Prompt and friendly despite some complications . I am on 3rd floor and they needed a portable device. Everything is clean though a few spots remain that couldn't be removed. That was no surprise to me and I am quite satisfied with the service.

Salvador Alverez was great! he did an amazing job on the carpet. I had pets and it was very dirty and stained but the ZeroRes solution was the best I've seen my carpet look so clean (looks almost brand new, with just a couple of permanent stains. I'm a very happy customer, thank you!

Your technician was really great and worked hard, moved furniture I couldn't move, was cheerful and friendly. The rugs look wonderful. Contact with me confirming the appointment multiple times before the scheduled day was very reassuring; and when he was going to arrive late in my window, the technician contacted me by phone to give me a heads up.
What I did not like was that I had a 2-5 window and due to his being scheduled in San Francisco before (RUSH HOUR!) and probably being scheduled with a lot of customers, the technician was unable to arrive until 4:30 and did not finish until perhaps 6:00. I think there may be room for systemic improvement here.
Still I gave you a highest rating. I just want you to know
I like that Zerorez makes its own solution minimizing chemicals but resulting in a clean and bright carpet. Would appreciate a small bottle of the solution to clean up interim spills, spots, and stains. Our technician, Owen, was friendly, knowledgeable, and his work was excellent.
