The team did a great job! They showed up early (with our permission), went straight to work, and had our grimy stairs and bedroom carpets looking almost new by the time they left. Unlike other service providers, Zerorez products do not leave soapy residues on the carpets. Also, the team warned us--strongly--to be careful on the wet steps, as we could slip on the wooden floors below them. They were right, and we were appreciative of their care and concern. The price was a good value for the service, too. ZeroRez will definitely be my first call when we need to have the carpets cleaned again.

Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning our stairs, which were in pretty bad shape from our aging cat. They were able to remove all of the staining and odor, and they did a great job explaining the process from start to finish.
