The technician arrived on time and demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care. Beyond the main job, they kindly offered to clean three small rugs that weren’t included in the original quote, which was a wonderful courtesy and greatly appreciated. There was no sales push for additional services; they suggested options only when relevant.

We had a great cleaning with Billy and Lee. They were very professional and helpful. Right before they arrived, our dog had an accident, and after they left, we realized the pet stain was still obvious. This was the only discouraging aspect of our cleaning.
