Efficient technicians. Friendly and professional techs. Do thorogh assessment of larger soiled areas. Listen to customers regarding spots to remove. Have a portable unit for use in multistory buildings without direct access for hoses to connect to the truck outside. Don't use excess water so the carpet dries sooner. Don't spray the carpet after cleaning with products that attact soil. Products used aren't highly fragrant. A pleasant experience.

The Cleaners, Wyatt and Charles made Zerorez top grade. The young men introduced themselves and were professional, kind and respectful. Wyatt seemed to be training Charles during the entire job and here the knowledge of process gave me confidence throughout the job. The job was completed efficiently and with care, carpets looked almost brand new.

Our carpets were filthy, as we had not had them cleaned since Christmas. Three long haired dogs and human traffic made them look dull and old. They dogs had also taken their bones through the dog door and eaten them on the dining room carpet. My current vacuum is also getting old and the light beige, 20 year old carpet needed help. We thought about replacing it.
Our carpet cleaner from Zerorez performed a miracle. It now looks brand new and even I was amazed. Thank you for a wonderful job. Your employee saved us a lot of money and made everything seem brand new.
