My biggest issue with your company is having to pay a minimum charge to come out to Deer Park. My daughter lives 10 minutes south of Deer Park and you don’t charge her a minimum. I had used your company for over 8 years and never had a minimum, then several years ago I was told about the minimum. I changed carpet cleaning companies that didn’t charge a much minimum. I decided to use your company again because I needed the carpets done sooner than I could get an appointment with another company. As much as Deer Park has grown you would think charging a minimum would end.

The attending tech was punctual which I appreciated. He accessed the job and made some suggestions regarding treatment. He treated the carpets and spent time on heavily soiled areas. The result was splendid! I am very pleased with the end result. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone that wants a professional carpet cleaning experience.

I recently moved and rent a townhousebuilt in the late 70s. Its perfect for me but you know when theres a stale smell in a rental (clean but still stale), i just could not seem to get rid of it. With no chemicals used, I don't have to wonder if the scent left behind is a mask-there isvliterally no smell! My couch feels clean, has no smell. The carpet looks and feels fantastic. I love that the high traffic area (the one every home has) blends in with the rest of the room and feels nice to walk on. They even cleaned my couch pillows - that was not something that I even considered as an option when I called.
Bottom line, I looked on their website after the service and was amazed at how many different services they offer. I will continue to use them going forward!

Jay was amazing! He came in introduced himself he sent me a text letting me know he was on his way! I showed him what rooms I was wanting to be done and with the special online I got the stairs done as well with my 2 rooms! It took less than 2 hours from start to finish, and it took about 24 hours to completely dry with fans blowing to! We have dogs and I just wanted to make sure my house doesn’t smell like dogs! After getting my carpets cleaned it smells amazing and the carpets feel brand new! The price for everything was a lot more affordable than I had anticipated! I will definitely have them clean my carpets again for sure!!

In the past we had our carpet cleaned the "old" way with regular carpet shampoo, and it seemed that afterwards, the dirt just was attracted to our carpet much more than before it was cleaned. With Zerorez, it's totally different and the carpet looks amazing, even though it is over 40 years old! The workers were so friendly and helpful and got the work done quickly and efficiently.
