We have had Zerorez clean our carpets multiple times over the years. Every time the carpets are left rejuvenated, thoroughly clean & our whole home smelling clean. Not just a short lived fragrance, but actually a long lasting clean fresh smell. We have 2 dogs so that fresh clean smell is noticeable. Every visit has been handled professionally, on time & with the utmost care of polite employees.

Jay was great at explaining every detail. If I reschedule down the road I hope I can get him again. He really worked hard to not only get the stains out but the strong urine smell. We got a 5 month old puppy three years ago who was quite slow at house training. She has gotten better but not perfect.
But he finished up over 24 hours ago and I’m honestly surprised at how very wet the carpet continues to be. He worked hard at sucking up all the extra water but pretty sopping still
