Pricing is a bit high for cleaning pet soiled carpet, but Dillon does an excellent job cleaning those soiled areas.

We had some very stubborn stains in a few places on our carpets and Greg did an outstanding job in removing them, in addition to a very thorough cleaning of our carpets. He was the very best technician we've had in our many years of having Zerorez clean our carpets. I'm glad I mentioned about the scent as I have a chemical sensitivity. He said it was natural orange peel. The scent did dissipate shortly after he was finished. I do think it was quite pricey for our job that took less than an hour. It was 11 steps, small hallway and area around bed in Master Bedroom. Perhaps a discount for Senior Citizens or whose jobs were smaller than your categories.
