Carpets are generally well cleaned and dry in short order. Those doing the cleaning are friendly and very attentive to their work and good to deal with. On occasion, however we find a chipped or scratched piece of furniture which we need to repair.

I thought the service was very good. The carpets look great and the tech was very helpful and knowledgeable. The cleaner amell was a little strong bc I have some sensitivities but once it dried it was fine.
Professionalism, courtesy and promptness. Very thorough work too. Whatever chemicals were used are not irritating to our skin and it’s not hard to breathe through them. Our carpet looks new!

Colton was excellent. He measured and inspected the carpet with me. Together we looked at some pet stains and he suggested a product to add to help remove and freshen the area. He never pressured me and I felt he came up with a fair price. He did not rush his cleaning process and explained to me as he went along each phase of his cleaning. I was extremely happy with the outcome and those few stains disappeared.I found Colton to be very nice and respectful. He even offered me shoe covers to help prevent me from sliding in some of the wet areas. I wore them the entire day and they were very much appreciated. Overall very satisfied with the cleaning of my carpet. Will use your company in the future.
