I was very pleased with my agent, Mike Thomas. He explained everything and didn't drown my carpet. He said that it would take 4 to 6 hours for carpet to dry. Normally, it takes at least 24 + hours.
The end product is as advertised. Add one provided with request. Great job.
First of all when you gave me hours of say 11 til 2 I thought you’d be there around 11 and I should block out the 3 hours to make sure there is enough time to get the job done — now I understand you are saying they have until 2 to get there & finish the job.

Generally the carpets look much better, In my case the carpet is about 25 years old, so I don't expect perfection. They do dry faster than other services I have had. However, we do have to move our own furniture and do our own vacuuming and for we senior citizens that can be problematic.
