He protected our flooring by covering it and wearing booties and did an excellent job cleaning our furniture. He was very personable and professional. When the service provider, Luis C., arrived at my door he was super friendly. He took a look at my place and provided me with his opinion as to what the best course of action would be. Once we agreed on the estimate he got to work and was very professional and efficient. He got all of the annoying stains out of the carpet that had been there for years. My apartment looked and smelled so much better. That was the goal, so mission accomplished. Thanks!
