Client Testimonials
Great experience with first experience with Zerorez! Technicians were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Pricing was competitive. We will definitely use Zerorez again!
The service tech Ricky Ricardo, was very professional and knowledgeable. He went over the different options and pricing before starting the job. And he explained the steps of the project. He was thorough and was able to get stains out of my carpet that I did not think was possible. He did not rush to get through it. He took his time and made sure my carpets were clean and that I was satisfied with the job he had done.
No residue. No fragrance. Dries fairly quickly.
I had zer res clean 8 of my white fabric chairs which were filthy and i gotta say they came out brand new. A stunningly great job. Then i had them clean the carpet in one room where the carpet had deep ugly stains and i thought no way. Again !! A terrific job was done that i never would have expected. These guys are the real deal and no smelly wet mess
Appointments are easy to make, those who do the actual cleaning are always friendly, thorough, and use corner protectors. I've recommended ZeroRez to several friends who have also used your services and have been very pleased with the results.

Justin was so awesome. I have booked cleanings with you guys before, and everybody has been amazing! But Justin was extremely informative, and very quick with the work. I would definitely recommend him again, and would like to request that he come back anytime I rebook!

Zerorez Phoenix has been a great company for my carpet cleaning. This time in addition to my carpets, I had them clean my husband's rocker recliner that he had spilled super glue on. Colton worked really hard on it and was able to get the glue out. It looks like a new chair. Thanks for all your hard work!

I have used Zerorez for about 17 years. I like your technicians, and like your cleaning. This time, however, our carpet wasn't left as soft as usual and I am wondering if you have changed your product? I hope to God you don't use detergent like the other carpet cleaning companies.
**So I am asking - have my carpets now been "hardened" with soap or any other similar product?**
I have referred at least 4 others to Zerorez because I have liked the quality of your product. If this has now changed, please tell me NOW. Thank you so much. Raphael is an excellent technician. Name removed, Richfield, MN
