Had to have them come back and do a pad extraction that I had misunderstood what it was. However, Dre, did a great job and explained a lot of things to me that I didn't understand about Zerorez. I think it would be better to have a contract , and it signed so you know for sure what you are getting.

Very clean work and friendly technician
The gentleman was very respectful of our property. He did a very thorough cleaning of our tile and grout after we had 2 major repairs of replacing tile where our slab cracked. It looks beautiful. We also had him steam the rug under the table to freshen it up and it looks new. Will have him back in the near future to clean our carpets.

I’ve used Zerorez before and you have done a great job every time and with my fans and dehumidifier the carpets dry pretty fast. They don’t feel “crunchy” which I like a lot. The people doing the cleaning have always been polite and get right to work. I will be happy to recommend you to my friends.
