We had one real negative to the nice job: without comment or apology, his partner drained his truck's "leaking tank" into our gutter prior to leaving, resulting in "standing, soapy water". I spent 30 min that night pushing soapy (clean/dirty?) water that had pooled in our corner gutter. Residue remained for a couple of days.
The technician was knowledgable, prompt and courteous.

We have used Zerorez for years now and wouldn't even consider anyone else. Darius sold us but I guess he has moved on. on Tuesday our tech was awesome too.

I had my area rug cleaned and I wasn't happy with the outcome, so I called within 24 hours and rescheduled for a follow up. Zerorez can out the next day redid the rug and now it looks great, Thank you Zerorez!!!!!
The service I received from the scheduler and the techs was great. The techs were extremely professional and did the best job that they could do on my carpets and although my expectations were a bit higher for the degree of cleaning I received, I am satisfied. My carpets are white and had some pet stains that were difficult to get out. The techs explained why the stains could not be removed entirely despite using the pet stain removal products. I will use ZeroRez again for sure.
We booked through ZeroRez because no chemicals are used. The carpets look great and the musty smell is gone. The tech was friendly, professional and quick! Would definitely use again.

Jay did a great job of cleaning two rooms of carpet for me. The demo of what is extracted is a good visual of what can still build up in a carpet that looks reasonably clean. I plan to request him for other areas in the future.
