What I like is that it works. I get the very best results from Zerorez. I will regularly schedule with Zerorez now annually. It wasn't even that hard to prepare. I put all smaller furniture and other items on the bed, couch, dining table, then vacuumed and that worked well for prep. Matt did a great, thoughtful and thorough job. And, I liked him.

Excellent customer service and amazing results!
Before moving into my new townhome, I knew the previous residents had a dog, but I wasn’t prepared for how bad the carpets and smell were. The carpets had multiple stains, and the entire house smelled strongly of wet dog.
I called Zerorez, and their customer service was absolutely great from the beginning. They explained everything clearly and even let me know that they offer a 30-day warranty, meaning they would come back out at no additional charge if the odor or issue wasn’t completely resolved.
I am utilizing the 30 day warranty i have so the faith this will help the remaining odor that’s lingering.
They also explained that they have a specific product designed to target pet odors and that they would apply it during the cleaning. I really appreciated them taking the time to explain the process rather than just coming in, cleaning, and leaving.
The difference was incredible! The carpets look so much better, and the house smells so much fresher and cleaner. It made such a difference being able to move into my new home without that lingering wet-dog smell.

Appointment window was set for 9AM to 1PM. Zerorez tech Jake arrived at 915AM.The job, a single bedroom, was complete by 1030AM. The carpet has never looked better and by the next morning, it was completely dry. Jake did a superb job in a friendly and professional manner and I could not be happier. I highly recommend their service. Thank you Zerorez!
