Our tech worked hard to clean our carpets and we were thrilled with the results!

The technicians do good work and I’ve been pleased with the work they’ve done. The only other feedback I’d give is to promote better personal hygiene with your technicians. Both that we’ve had out in the last month or 6 weeks had very bad BO. I know this doesn’t impact the work that they do, but it does make me question whether I want to interact with them, and inside my home too.

Tristan did a very thorough job of cleaning our sofa and loveseat and communicating how best to keep it clean long term.

My technician did a great job! He was on time, courteous and very thoroughly clean my floors.

KP, the cleaning tech/rep that took care of our carpets on Aug 1 was informative but not sales-y about the additional services available after completing his walk through and listening to our concerns. After he tested a couple of trouble areas, he made his recommendations and I made the decisions of what add-on services we wanted done.

His work on the carpets were thoughtful and thorough. I appreciate his attention to detail and care for our older apt carpets.
