Great service. Great technician

The carpet feels nice as well as looks nice after it dries. The people who I talk to and who come are very accommodating.
However, our couch and big chair are sitting on sliders and are easy to move. It would be appreciated if the cleaner would move them when he does the cleaning so that under them would be clean also.

Another great experience with Zerorez! Dalton was fantastic from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, was incredibly meticulous with his work, and took great care of our home while completing the service. He also made sure we were getting a great value and helped us take advantage of available discounts during the visit.

What impressed me most was his attention to detail. Before leaving, Dalton did a final walkthrough and double-checked everything to make sure nothing had been missed. That level of care and professionalism really stood out.

Brianna was very polite and reassuring. In fact she was able to identify a spot on my rug by smelling it that it was hazelnut coffee. Which was true it was which was funny. She did a great job. Worked her booty off and we appreciate zero Rez this is the second time we’ve used them and have been so happy with the results. We have referred them to all we know.
