Great experience! Carpets cleaned a year ago with a different company and no major difference seen. Feels like we got new carpet after this cleaning. Dried great and all stains that other company didn't remove are now gone!

Larry was really open to hearing detailed instructions and concerns, and he talked me through all the possibilities, including areas he thought might be of concern (in terms of getting the stain out). But he got it all out, and paid attention to all the details I gave him, and this was fantastic! I'd definitely book Larry again.

Daniel & Nate(?) called to provide me with a time they would be arriving. Walked with me thru the house to understand what I was looking for with regards to our carpet cleaning, They did an exceptional job - my older carpets look brand new and dried quickly. I will be having them back to clean the area rug in my living room. Extremely pleased & highly recommend !
