From beginning to end, the customer service and product were 100% satisfactory. Scheduling was easy. A pleasant rep answered the phone and I had an appointment in less than 10 minutes. The technician who came to my home, Dylan, was pleasant and very knowledgeable. He spent a considerable amount of time with me discussing the process and pricing of cleaning area rugs and even informed me that I had a valuable rug - I didn't even know it! The carpet cleaning was efficient and I had clean carpets without any harsh chemicals or orders. I do not have one single complaint or less than positive experience. 100% recommend the service.

Fantastic customer service! I originally rated it a 5/10. Wasn’t bad, but wasn’t great (though the technician was super friendly and professional). We just thought the carpet would look much better, and it didn’t look any different, so we were disappointed. Zerorez immediately contacted me, and wanted to send someone else out. I told them I felt bad and that it wasn’t that big of a deal. The employee assured me that they wanted to do everything possible to make it a 10 star experience for us. So they sent a manager to re-do it. It looks a lot better this time around, and I really appreciated all the effort they put in to make sure it was a great experience!

Love that my variety does not feel stiff or sticky. Rare of seeing an appointment that works for me. And friendliness of office and field staff. Feel comfortable with them in our home.
