This was my first time using this company and I am so impressed! Their customer service and scheduling was seamless. I received a call back in the morning and the technicians were there a few hours later. My technician, Khambrel and his assistant were professional, kind, and very thorough. My carpet unfortunately was very dirty and now it looks new again. I love that there is no residue left on the carpet and it is very soft to walk on. I will definitely be using your sevices again.
