Our technician took extra care in working on heavy traffic areas of our rugs. He was efficient, professional and very thorough. He went “above and beyond” in also cleaning two of our closet areas which had carpeting in them. After the rugs dried, they really look much brighter and feel good to stand on.
I love that they do not use soap. I feel like the rug gets so much cleaner and it lasts longer.
