You have great prices and prompt service and great technicians. However this time there is one rug that still has an odor emitting from it.

I like the friendly services and quality of work performed. Our service technician was through in his review of the work requested, explained optional product options, and completed the work in a timely manner. He treated a few areas requiring additional attention. Our carpets look great, although that is not a surprise, as we have used Zerorez on other occasions. We are happy with all of the services received and when the need arises won't hesitate to call Zerorez again.

I like the fact that chemicals are not used and the stains in my carpet just disappeared. Our service technician was thorough and made sure all stains were removed, and our stairs had many.
