Zerorez did a good job cleaning my rug. The option for the company to pick up and drop off my rug made the process of cleaning my 9x12 shag rug much easier. The only thing I regret is not using their services earlier.

The job that was done was excellent. My carpet looks brand new! The technician was very good!

There was a communication problem when I spoke with the scheduling person, however. She didn't ask if we had hallways to clean, which we did. I'm guessing that many people do. So we had to pay a little more than expected.

I've used Zerorez before and will do so again.

Our service rep ( Jonathan) was very informative and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went and showed us lots of pics of what he was doing.

As always the carpet is cleaned and drying time less than 24 hours.
