There was a communication problem when I spoke with the scheduling person, however. She didn't ask if we had hallways to clean, which we did. I'm guessing that many people do. So we had to pay a little more than expected.

Our service rep ( Jonathan) was very informative and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went and showed us lots of pics of what he was doing.

As always the carpet is cleaned and drying time less than 24 hours.

The ZeroRez cleaner showed up on time and then performed "miracles." I kid you not. We are ecstatic over the outcome. There were no upcharges for spotted areas of the carpet, it was all done exactly as we had hoped -- quoted price = final price. Bravo ZeroRez!
