I had my carpets cleaned by ZeroRez, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The technician arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and explained the whole process clearly. The results were even better than I expected—my carpets look brighter, smell fresh, and feel incredibly clean without any sticky residue.
