They’re not perfect but they’ve got a pretty good program going

The service representative showed up on time, gave us a revised estimate of the cost based on a walk-through of the house and an explanation of services, After we accepted the bid, he proceeded to clean the carpet, including large pieces of furniture as needed, in a very efficient manner. He was very police and professional and we are happy with the result.

I love that your Technicians are always on time! They always have a Friendly up beat Attitude! And Braiden who came to my house, went the extra mile to try and get out an Orange Coolaid stain I had in my carpet! Out. I diddnt come out, but he gave it a Valiant effort! We also needed some pet treatment, he did a Great job on that!😁 but what I love the most about Zerorez, is they don’t upsell, unless you want the service done! They will recommend a service, but the final decision is the customers! Oh, and they are very reasonable on their pricing! “Great company to do buisness with! I will definantly use them again!!!!

The technician did a through job and was easy to work with..

I wish I got his name but the gentleman that came was super sweet super quick, super informative like the best person you can ever send to somebody in the work was done great and the price was great. I couldn’t ask for anything more. I don’t like to bring up cancer, but I’m stage four cancer and they just made my day to be able to have my apartment clean so quick and courteously

He stood behind his service but informed me up front and early into the cleaning process that additional self/spot cleaning may be needed for the pet, coffee, wear and tear on the apostry. He easily could have sold us a false bill of goods. He was honest, humble and professional.

Great experience with Zerorez! Luis was polite, professional, and great to talk with. He did an awesome job cleaning, and took the time to explain what products and treatments would work best for my particular situation. I can thank Scribbles, my son’s puppy, who made sure to leave his mark before moving out! 🐶😂

I initially selected Zerorez because I like that they don’t use chemicals that leave behind a residue. I was then very impressed with Darren. He took the time to discuss pricing and gave me honest feedback about what my home did and didn’t need. Throughout his time in my home he frequently checked in and showed me what he was doing. His customer service and communication were excellent. I could really see that Darren worked extremely hard and took pride in his work. I’ll absolutely use Zerorez again.

I had you clean my carpets yesterday. Tevin did an excellent job!! My 19 year old carpets look new! He was professional, friendly, and explained what he was doing and the condition of each carpet as we went along. I was very satisfied. A job well done!

I was giving Zerorez a final try. A year ago I was not happy.
The wonderful service man, Matt, that came this past Thursday, walked through the areas i needed cleaned and actually listened to the areas I was concerned with. He prespotted the tough areas and worked on a pet urine spot that was bugging me. He worked efficiently and did an awesome job. He knew his job well! He actually put foam blocks under my recliner, as requested. The cleaner last year ignored my requests.

I will request Matt when we do our lower level later this year.

Julio did a fantastic job at cleaning our carpets. He was on time, did a very thorough job, was patient and personable. Julio definitely cared about doing a good job.

The products are very good, and I must mention the Technician who was hardworking, efficient and professional.
