Good guys, they did a great job. The air duct cleaning that we needed was quoted for one air handler, not two which is what we have. It's not easy delivery news that the bill is going to double, but Mark was direct and "matter of fact". They worked well and took care of seven years of dust and new construction debris. We thought the builders have us a clean house when we bought it, so we were glad to have it taken care of.

Tyson our technician was professional, pleasant and thorough. The upholstery and rug cleaning look great, and Zerorez was on time and did give us a courtesy call 20 minutes prior.
Everything was great my tech was on time he was very respectful and professional my floors really needed a cleaning and after he got done it looks like new carpet will be using yall again thank you.

I was pleased that someone could come to my house so quickly after I called. The man that did the work was very professional and nice. He did a good job.
The chemical(?) or cleaning solution used seem very good. Only thing I may suggest is to check the worker's shoes. He left many footprints on our tiles.

I think Zerorez does a great job of carpet cleaning. It is easy to schedule and both the person who answered the phone, gave me the information I needed and scheduled the appointment and especially the lovely man who did the cleaning were very helpful. I want to commend the cleaner, whose name I do not remember (slender, dark hair, piercing in nose) as he was SO KIND, patient with me (I was still vacuuming the stairs) and careful & quick...I think he should get a RAISE!
