The person that did my carpets most recently was a very pleasant and polite young man. He talked to me about what he would be doing, the approximate time it would take, the products he would be using, and particularly, that they were not harmful to my pets. He was on time and did a very nice job on my carpets (which haven't had a serious cleaning in the last 5 years).
I've used Zerorez in the past and will keep them on my mind for the next cleaning I need.

I needed an entire rental vacant homoe done, both tile and carpets. They showed up on time, did the whole home professionally and without supervision and called me when finishing up to inspect and pay. Very easy to do business with them and BTW, they do my own home too.

Great and friendly customer service with the technician. Tech also called when he was in route, which is I greatly appreciate it. He took care of my sofa to get it cleaned and to remove the smells.
