The young man who came out was very pleasant, explained everything clearly and was very efficient. I really like that you use botanical products...no harsh chemicals, the citrusy fragrance was awesome!!
We did have an issue with the first cleaning and ZeroRes came out a few days later and rectified the issue. Ryan was awesome in that he explained the type of carpet we had and why or why not certain areas wear more that others.
