The staff was very friendly
We had serious carpet stains but Conner from Zerorez cleaned them all .. my 20 year old carpet looks new again! I will tell all my family & friends.
Our service provider was very nice. He was thorough and did his very best to eliminate traffic patterns. Our carpet is still damp, even after 24 hrs., so it's hard to tell the final results but I'm sure it will be the best it can be.
