Tarrance was right on time, super efficient, got the WORST stains out and left our carpets looking and smelling amazing. He explained after-care really well and even offered to come back the next day if our carpets were still damp. (They weren't!) We are a ZeroRez customer for life!
I recently had my sectional sofa professionally cleaned and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The technician was professional, punctual, and very thorough. He took his time and made sure every section of the sofa was cleaned properly, and you can really see the difference. My couch looks and smells fresh again. He did an excellent job and clearly takes pride in his work. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for quality upholstery cleaning.

Owen was great. Fast and it was so clean after he got done. He walked me thru the process and I had to apologize about all the dog hair but he did get almost all of it up. This is a three carpet with dog so I will be calling you guys again soon to do the job again. Great, clean, friendly efficient.
