The Zerorez team, Alex and Ellington exemplified professionalism and product knowledge. I had wanted to have my rugs professionally cleaned for a few years but other projects had to be a priority. Also, I did not know exactly who to contact. My mother had her rugs cleaned a few months before and suggested Zerorez. They were the most reasonable and the service did not take long. Needless to say I was impressed. I called in March 2026 and within a few days service was rendered. They will definitely be my go to company in the future and I have spread the word to my family and friends.

Easy to schedule, reasonable pricing, and knowledgeable technician.

Alan did a great job with a variety of cleaning we needed (carpets and upholstery). He was fantastic at communicating how the process works, options for things, and giving good opinions for my questions. I love that I can feel confident that we aren't adding lots of chemicals to our household cleaning - and the house just looks and smells so much fresher after he was done!

I like the promptness of the appointment. I prefer the mornings because the technician is still fresh and they come with all the energy. The technician that came out was very professional, I showed him the areas that needed to be done and he took very good care of the carpet and myself. The dry time may have extended into the next day but it is in the basement with little to know real circulation.

I called for service and asked for Lloyd to do my work. I was told he no longer works for your company. When Dereck came to do the service I asked where Lloyd went and he said he still works for you. Dereck (I hope I got his name right) was excellent. However, I don't like many different people coming into my home and that is why I asked for Lloyd who has been here and done my work before. Your people, who answer the phone and do your scheduling need to aware of your employees to do their job. I will definitely ask for either one of them for my next service.
