No harsh chemicals just powered water. My rugs are old so don’t need added chemicals to break down the fibers anymore then they are from just wear and tear.

Zerorez uses their own water at a 210 degree temperature. Our three rooms were cleaned quickly leaving our carpets looking as good as new. This was miraculous since they are 25 years old. Wyatt and Zack went the extra mile for us and were polite and professional. Great communication throughout the process! We will definitely use them again!

I feel like they really listened and did their best to help me out. My carpets were a disaster and while they couldn't get all of it up, they did a fantastic job where they could. They also found old animal urine throughout and was able to explain it to me and helped me cut costs a little. Super happy and optimistic technician. 100% recommend.
