Super clean. Brandon Woodcock works the carpet hard, the way I would. Other techs there have not worked at it near as hard. One pass wet, one pass extraction. Brandon probably hits each fiber 6-8 times or more. It dries faster when he does it as well. I’ve had to call alone back once because the carpet was soaked. A different Brandon.
The personnel coming into the home is always pleasent, personable, very efficient and timely. The equiptment and product used on carpet cleaning is the very best I have ever seen used - i.e. 2 hose lines and a wand plud a carpet rake and a pre treatment sprayer for soiled spots - and carpets come out looking almost new. Also the rugs/carpets are only damp when the cleaning is done as at least 90% of the solution has been extracted and disposed of. I personally have used Zerorez many times and have recommended this company many more times than I can count. The quality of the cleaning product and the staff doing the work is and always has been Top Notch!! Thank you for your service.

First of all, the technicians introduced themselves when they got to my house. They explained everything they were going to do including some suggestions for some other services because of my pets. They were very, very efficient in cleaning the three rooms and the hallway and very clearly explained to me the best ways to get the carpet to dry quickly.
