I like the cleaning process. It's always been done with care and attention to the designated areas of my home. I would like to mention that setting up appointment this time was both frustrating and confusing. Working online I ended up losing my first date and then after repeated emails/texts read I had two dates for service! This was my third year to use Zeroez so was surprised to learn my information dud not indicate this. Better communication would be appreciated in the future. Alton, the technician was very informative and helpful. My dry, clean carpet is not crunchy and flat. It looks to be restored by to its original state. We are very happy with the results!!

The guy was very nice and patient and worked with me to get things moved around. House smelled good afterwards. Since I was not quite ready since he was over 2 hours early.

Our chairs look like new after Zerorez cleaned them! There were supposed to be two technicians, but only one could come because of sickness. The one technician never stopped. He was amazing. Thank you so much for a job well done!
