After my tenants moved out, the carpet was dirty and smelled like animals. Suffice it to say that I was worried for my carpets. However, Caleb came out and did a fantastic job. He was quick, efficient, and did a wonderful job getting everything cleaned. Not only would I hire ZeroRez (and Caleb) back again, but I will also be making recommendations to others!

There aren’t harsh chemicals. Service was great—Jacob was friendly & explained what he would be doing, told me about how long it would take the furniture to dry— they were just slightly damp. He had me check things before he was ready to leave to see if I was happy with the service. He protected the corners of the walls so the hoses he would pull through wouldn’t rub against the corners. I would recommend your company as well as Jacob. He was very efficient & it didn’t take too long for him to finish.

Scheduling was very easy and your representative was pleasant and responsive. Ali was excellent and worked very hard to get the very soiled areas as clean as possible.

So easy to schedule an appointment for carpet cleaning online. Morino has been my technician for the last several cleanings. He is fantastic and does a great job! Couldn't ask for much more!!

The technician did a wonderful job for a tenant who never cleaned the carpets and had a dog. The high traffic areas were black and he was able to pull up all that dirt to make it at least presentable for showing the property. i was able to pay via credit card and i had the option to meet them and use a check which i liked. the pricing was just right.

Quality work and quick dry time.

The cleaning process is very efficient and they do a great job making pieces look new again. Have used them on several occasions to steam clean ivory sofas, chaise lounge, and ottomans.

Staff is efficient and calls ahead to let you know of their arrival time, everyone has been very courteous and respectful of property.

Jacob arrived right on time, did a great job, explained the process very well. Floors look great!

My carpets have never been so clean! The technician, Chris, was professional and friendly. He explained the process thoroughly. Great care was taken to protect baseboards and the furniture that could not be moved out of the rooms. My carpet is 20 years old and it looks brand new. I’ve been walking on it for almost 3 days in socks only and the bottom of my socks are perfectly clean! I will use Zerorez only from now on!
