Our technician (Mike M) arrived on time. He confirmed the total cost of our services before he started. Mike did a great job cleaning three rooms of carpeting and applied protection to one. Everything looks new again and there is no sticky residue or perfum-y smell. All areas dried on the same evening. Thank you Mike, for a great job!

We had a great cleaning with Billy and Lee. They were very professional and helpful. Right before they arrived, our dog had an accident, and after they left, we realized the pet stain was still obvious. This was the only discouraging aspect of our cleaning.
