Zero Rez always does a great job! My only issue is that the price is not exactly as promoted. $99 for 3 bedrooms but you don't mention the SERVICE CHARGE. I agreed to the ScotchGuard treatment at $60 additional charge & when the service man was adding up my bill, he said that he's supposed to charge $60 per room but gave me a break by only charging me $60 for all three. Do I believe that line? Absolutely not. Although I did give him a $20 tip.

Tech called me to let me know when he was on his way. He informed me on site as to the process he was going to do cleaning the carpet and the possible results of cleaning this commercial carpet that was neglected by the prior tenant. However, their tech did a great job of cleaning the carpet and it came out better then expected. I highly recommend Zerorez, they have never let me down.
