This last go was a move-out from a circa 1960 flat. 1900 sq feet and full of carpet. Casey was on time and polite and cordial and knows his stuff. Very thorough around sensitive woodwork and knocked it out in short order

Waylon was our professional and he was assisted by a trainee, Etalem. We couldn't be more pleased with not only the results, but their attention to detail . We had 2 chairs that were over 35 years old and very special to us, and he did a great job cleaning them and giving them extra care.Both Waylon and Etalem are great assets to the ZEROREZ team!!

I was eager to see for myself the level of cleaning of my carpets with empowered water that is Zerorez. Prices were competitive with other carpet cleaning companies offering a traditional steam cleaning.

Caitlyn was a hard worker who was sincere explaining what she was going to do associated with questions I asked and shared what the fees were going to be. She explained to me what to expect with the cleaning and time to dry the rugs. I knew she was concerned for my safety with the wet carpet. She did give me a perspective of how soiled the rugs were and did ask me if there were any places on the rugs that I wished to have done over. That showed that she cared about how I felt regarding her work. She was on time and very professional. I don't feel she rushed to complete the job. She is to be commended for her work ethic and willingness to make sure I was pleased with what I asked her to do. I feel she is an asset to the company and I would recommend her work if others ask me to have their carpet cleaned. We have a cat and she assured me that the products used were animal friendly. She focused on details as well as educate me on the care of carpets. I am anxious to receive the wool area rugs that were sent out to be cleaned to compare how those rugs look after being cleaned. Hopefully, they will also be cleaned very well. I am glad that I chose this company and got the help of Caitlyn.
