But I received a call from Ty, and he was here within 39 minutes, during our scheduled window. Terrific leader. The carpets are quite excellent due to his detail oriented approach. I hope you promote Ty based on the professional handling of our stated appointment. Ty needs to be in a management role and trainer for all your technicians. Without Ty’s intervention, I would never have utilized the service, due to your other technicians failure to meet out scheduled appointment. Hire more technicians and managers like Ty.
Arrived on time, he was very careful with his equipment, not to tear up the paint on our stairs, did a very thorough job. Made sure I was happy with the result and it was a very non-stressful experience.
