My experience with Zerorez was wonderful. A Technician arrived on time the day after I called. He took photos and measured my 4 Persian carpets. He explained that they would be sent to Kirishian to be cleaned. I felt I was dealing with an exceptionally professional company.

I prefer the non-detergent approach with high pH water to clean carpets, rugs, upholstery. I think Zerorez has the best offering out there including experienced technicians.

I like the results of the finished product and the tech did a real nice job explaining things. My only issue was the search on the internet said they could carpet stretch but that was not true. The did recommend a third party to perform this.
