Josh was an incredibly helpful and friendly representative and made the whole process quick, understandable and pleasant. He was honest and upfront and tried to tackle some hard persistent stains in our carpet. The cleaning did not fully take out the stains but did lighten it. Josh charged less than the full amount as a result.

Communicates with their clients well. Periodically reminded me of the scheduled service date and time. Worked with me for the most efficient carpet cleaning. Even though the rooms were on the 2nd floor, he was able to have a long enough hose to use the more powerful cleaner from the van.
