Technician was veryprofessional and courteous. I think his name was Ryan? I am sorry I am forgetful and my grandog is very against anyone coming in the house but he liked him. we did go outside so he could get his work done. The carpets look great and stains are gone. The carpets do dry a lot quicker and also they check to see if you had any concerns or questions. Thanks so much!!
