Our technician was excellent! Very experienced, informative and genuinely personable. Had an equipment failure that slowed the job for him, but the company came through with a replacement in 30 min. Great team work!

All of the billing was explained in detail ahead of time. His passion for his work was clear, both during and after the cleaning, in his enthusiasm and great results. I like that my carpet wasn't crunchy afterwards. It feels very clean. There were two major stains, vomit and puppy pee, and they were cleaned.
I would have had my tile cleaned, but it was out of my price range. I will use Zerorez again as needed.
