I had our carpets steam cleaned and they felt very wet afterwards especially in the master bedroom. A few months later dark stain-like marks began to appear on the carpet. I did some research and learned about carpet wicking. I had never heard of it. The carpet is only four years old and I was convinced it would have to be replaced, it looked so awful. I read that Zerorez has a process that enables them to remove wicking marks so I called them and mentioned the wicking problem. Chris came out and explained the process and I told him to go ahead. It was more expensive but it would be a worth it if it removed the stains. I only wanted the master bedroom and walk-in closet carpet to be cleaned because I couldn’t stand looking at the wicking marks any longer. My general carpet cleaning is done in August. Chris spent about two hours working on the carpet and would periodically have my husband and me look at the progress. When he was finished the wicking marks were gone! Chris did a wonderful job and I appreciated his friendliness and professionalism. He gave me his card and I told him I hoped to see him in August for our annual carpet cleaning.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning that was done in my home. I had an old stain on my bedroom carpet. Two other carpet cleaners were unable to get the stain out. However, Zerorez was able to get the stain out and make the carpet look like new.
