Art, the technician, was excellent!!! The carpet looks wonderful. He was able to add on doing my stairs and a small hallway. His work and attitude were exemplary.
I would like to suggest that you update the tip portion of the invoice to percentages rather than just a set amount of $10 or 20 dollars. I think Art deserved more but I didn’t catch that it was dollars and not percent.

Matthew made it a point to pay special attention to the room where our two Newfoundlands are most of the time treating any stains or spots that were there. He did a fantastic job!! The carpet looks brand new!
