She is very personable, professional, and caring (about how my dog, Ana was going to fair with the disruption in her daily life. Very impressed with her thoughtfulness.
About the carpet cleaning: WOW! My carpets are magnificently clean!! They haven't looked this good since they were first installed (taking into consideration that was 20+ years ago)! The cleaning did require a few hours to dry completely. It was fun walking in bare feet. I cannot say enough good things about Zerorez. A thorough job. I wholeheartedly recommend them!!
