He’s the reason we keep coming back; it is rare to find someone who balances such technical hard work with a truly outstanding and trustworthy attitude. He is a master craftsman in this business and really understands our needs. When he visited today, the first thing he said was, "Hey the carpet looks good! You guys been happy with it?" He remembered that our previous cleaning was a really difficult job resulting from an unfortunate loss of a pet. He restored our two year old carpet to brand new and it has stayed looking that way.
