Jason was very professional and thorough in addressing our needs by checking all of the rooms we wanted to have cleaned and identifying additional items for attention before he started work.

Additionally, Jason and the team were very good at communicating ETA's and cost estimates. Jason's work was very thorough, and he was able to get out a few tough stains that had set in the carpet for a while. It is wonderful to have clean carpets again! Thank you so much!

The technician, Stephen, was honest and upfront about what stains he thought he could or could not clean. To both my surprise, and his, the stains came out and the carpet looked great compared to before he started. I wish I had before and after pictures, because there was such a big difference. The price was great too. I will definitely recommend zerorez tho anyone that needs carpet cleaning services.
